Welcome to the St Louis European Auto Show.  One of the finest auto shows in the Midwest.  Over the last quarter century, the show has grown from a small group of St Louis area European cars to over 200 spectacular show cars not including the wonderful examples from across the pond brought to you by our supporting sponsors and car dealers.  Nowhere else in the area will you see a collection of cars, almost all of which are driven to the show, of this caliber.  So, what brings this group of enthusiasts together? 

Our third year at Chesterfield Outlets (FormerlyTaubman Prestige Outlets) in Chesterfield Missouri will be even better than before with improved amenities including more food and drinks, improved PA system and convenient shuttles.  

Chesterfield Outlets can accommodate parking for the haulers, show cars, attendees and much, much more. There are going to food trucks and the food court for a food and beverage service and the bathrooms are plentiful, clean and nice. Access to the facility is very convenient for both arrival and departure. Not to mention the SHOPPING!

Cost $1000
1) Sponsor’s Name will be listed:
a) On the St. Louis European Auto Show Website

c) On any “Day of the Event” Handout (If available)
d) On a large color “Thank You” board / banner displayed prominently at the show.

2) A display space consisting of EIGHT parking spaces (or an equivalent space)
Sponsor may use this space for a display of Sponsor’s choice which may include “easy-up” style tents no larger than 12′ x 20′. Tents larger than 12′ x 20′ must be provided by the St. Louis European Auto Show’s tent vendor and must be requested at the time of contract acceptance. Sponsor is responsible for tent rental.

3) Sponsor may place an advertising banner (no larger than 2’ x 5’) upon the barriers surrounding the show (subject to venue and organizer approval). This banner will be visible to the general public.

Diamond:
Cost $1500
1) Sponsor’s Name will be listed:
a) On the St. Louis European Auto Show Website
b) On the St. Louis European Auto Show Social Media feeds
c) On any “Day of the Event” Handout (If available)
d) On a large color “Thank You” board / banner displayed prominently at the show.

2) A display space consisting of TWELVE parking spaces (or an equivalent space)
Sponsor may use this space for a display of Sponsor’s choice which may include “easy-up” style tents no larger than 12′ x 20′. Tents larger than 12′ x 20′ must be provided by the St. Louis European Auto Show’s tent vendor and must be requested at the time of contract acceptance. Sponsor is responsible for tent rental.

3) Sponsor may place an advertising banner (no larger than 2’ x 5’) upon the barriers surrounding the show (subject to venue and organizer approval). This banner will be visible to the general public.

Extra Parking Space:

Cost $200 each
All SILVER level and higher sponsors may add additional parking spaces to their display at a cost of $200 per space (if space available). These need to be purchased at the same time as the sponsorship.

 

FAQs

Do I have to have a PayPal account to register online?

No, Paypal will process your credit card payment without membership.


Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Registrants must be at least 18 years of age.  Visitors and show goers of all ages are welcome.

 

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No, but you can edit/update the information on your registration.

 

Can I update my registration information? / Can I change my car Info?

Yes

 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay? / I can’t make it; can my buddy take my spot? / Do I have to bring the same car I registered?

No, but you can/must edit/update the infornation on your registration.

 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please print a copy of your registration and bring it to the show.  To speed the check-in process, display a copy in your windshield as you enter the show venue.

 

What is the refund policy?

St. Louis European Auto Show is a 501(c)(3) registered charity.  Registrations and donations are tax deductible (Consult your tax advisor for specifics).  As such, no refunds are available.

 

Is there a discount if I register multiple cars?

No.  All cars must be separately registered.

 

Is it too late to register?

No.  Although early registration ends May 20th and online registration ends May 30th, you may register your car Day-of-Show (Subject to availability) at the Registration Tent near the entrance to the show grounds.

 

Who is registered? / Who is registered from my club? / How many are registered from our club? / Am I registered?

Can I bring my 370z, my Corvette, my Hyundai, my Focus RS or my Cadillac CTS-V?

NO!  The St. Louis European Auto Show is for European marque cars and trucks. 

 

Will trophies be awarded?

Yes.  Trophies will be awarded to winners determined by a vote of registered show participants.  Classes will be determined by marque and country of origin.  One trophy for Best of Show will be awarded.  Marque trophies may only be awarded to marques with a minimum of 10 participants registered by the end of early registration. Marques with fewer than 10 participants may be included in classes determined by country of origin.  

 

What time will the trophies be awarded?  Must I be present to receive a trophy?

Unless weather or other circumstances dictate otherwise, trophies will awarded at about 1:00 pm.  You must be present to win,  If the announced winner of a trophy does not respond within a reasonable time, the trophy will be awarded to the participant receiving the most votes of the remaining participants in the class.
